AgentLeader provides AI-powered lead generation and analysis services designed to help businesses identify and convert potential customers (“Service”).

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

5. User Content

In no event shall AgentLeader be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
